BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Data quality and automation of processes are key enablers to the success of many finance functions going forward, irrespective of their size. Data together with process complexity, technology change and human resource capacity and capabilities are fundamental challenges that many finance functions face. As a result, finance functions may end up, not pursuing, or with stop gap solutions that do not necessarily deliver the required benefits and do not encourage businesses to invest further in this direction.

OBJECTIVES OF THE SESSION

The objective of this webinar is to unravel the why, what, and how to address data quality and automation projects in finance functions.

TOPICS ON THE AGENDA

  • Defining key business objectives, drivers and values around data and automation to finance functions
  • How data and automation projects should be designed across all aspects of people, process and technology, what expectations need to be managed, together with the analyses of common challenges faced and how to address them
A panel discussion will follow, addressing relevant and direct experiences from panel members with different perspectives including CFOs.

CEOs, CFOs, COOs and members of a finance team
