Background Information

This is an open discussion for MIA members to meet the MBR to discuss various challenges found with practitioners and Accountants. There have been various issues including the legal requirements of the Beneficial Owner (BO) disclosures and this session is an opportunity for the MBR to explain the right interpretation. There are also some projects in the pipeline for MBR, and these will be highlighted accordingly. This is an opportunity for members to voice their opinion and speak up.

The Malta Institute of Accountants may take photos during this event. Photos can also be published on MIA’s Facebook, Linkedln and Twitter. Such images may be used to publicise future events of the same nature and for reporting purposes.
