Ukraine Regime

·        Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1501 of 9 September 2022 implementing Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine

On 09 September 2022, The Council of the European Union decided to amend Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 and deleted the following entries from Annex A and B:

On 9 September, the Council of The European Union amended Decision 2014/119/CFSP. The restrictive measures have been extended up until 06 March 2023.

The following entries were deleted accordingly from Section A and B of the Council Decision:

On 26 July 2022, the United Nations Security Council (‘UNSC’) Committee established pursuant to UNSC Resolution 1718 (2006) updated the information relating to 20 persons and 24 entities subject to restrictive measures. On 09 September 2022, the Council of the European Union amended Annex XIII to Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 and Annex I to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 accordingly.
