As the industry faces increasing pressure from evolving customer expectations, regulatory demands, and technological disruption, many organisations struggle not with whether to transform, but how to do so effectively.
The session will focus on the critical factors that must be addressed at the outset of any transformation initiative to avoid common pitfalls and ensure long-term success. It will explore the structural and operational barriers that often hinder progress, and provide actionable insights on how to overcome them.

SPECIFIC TOPICS TO BE COVERED DURING THE SESSION

  • What successful digital transformation really means for finance professionals
  • Why transformation programmes fail (and the most common pitfalls)
  • Structural and operational barriers (data, legacy systems, operating model, governance)
  • Key success factors to get right at the outset
  • Turning strategy into execution and prioritised roadmaps
  • Building scalable, sustainable transformation using data and technology
