OVERVIEW
 

MIA and ACCA are organising a complimentary Joint Event for MIA Members and ACCA Members on Emotional quotient in a digital age - Emotions and the future of accountancy.
This event will be an evening discussion on Emotional Intelligence and its implication on the Accounting Profession, followed by a networking opportunity.

The discussion will consider:

- What purpose does emotional intelligence serve for professional accountants?
- The reality of Emotional Quotient vs technology;
- The role of emotional intelligence in developing the accounting profession and its role in such a dynamic era.
- The level of understanding of emotional quotient amongst the members of the profession, as well as its impact on their need for EQ.

The Malta Institute of Accountants may take photos during this event. Such images may be used to publicise future events of  the same nature and for reporting purposes.
