REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY 30 SEPTEMBER 2021

AgendA 

• Adoption of the minutes of the previous meeting;

• Adoption of the Accounts and the report by the auditors;

• Consideration of motions;

• Appointment of auditors;

• Election of Council members; and 

• Any other matter which the Council may designate to be transacted at the meeting.

Documentation pertaining to the above has been forwarded to members through the AGM Notice issued on 17 September 2021.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION  

• Only fully-paid up members are eligible to attend the AGM.

• Members wishing to attend the AGM, should register here by not later than 30 September. 

• It is of great importance that the email used for registration can be accessed during the AGM as otherwise it will not be possible to join the AGM and vote accordingly.

• The Zoom meeting link will be sent to you on the day of the AGM.
  

• On the day of the AGM, one is able to join 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.(i.e. 17:45). Unless for any reason beyond the Institute’s control, the AGM will start on time.
