Having been requested to submit their comments and views on the subject of a “Proposal to Introduce Special Accounting Standards for Small Firms”, the Small & Medium Sized Practices Advisory Committee (SMPAC) of the Institute, commissioned Kevin Mahoney and Paul Giglio to carry out the relevant research and compile a report on the subject.
