Deadline of submission: 31st January 2010
1. Section 1: MIA Accredited Events
Click on the ‘Add New’ Button and you will be automatically directed to a page where all the 2009 accredited events are listed. Attended MIA organized events automatically show in your CPE return.
Members need to quote the unique certificate number, displayed on the top right-hand corner of the relevant certificate, for every MIA organised (e.g. MIA/215/123) and MIA accredited (e.g. IFSP/MIA207/123) CPE event attended in 2009. Members should retain the certificates for future reference.

(a) Relevance – given the different members’ needs, it is the individual member’s responsibility to assess what activities (i) are relevant to his or her circumstances and to the exercise of the profession, and (ii) increase his/her professional competence. A Member shall also, to his or her best knowledge and judgement, assign the hours to the attainment of competencies specified in paragraph 4.14 (Core Competencies), paragraph 4.15 (Professional Competencies) or paragraph 5.4 (c) (Other Relevant Areas);
(b) Measurable – the event has an assigned number of hours; and
