Amended Banking Rule BR-07

The MFSA has amended the Banking Rule (BR/07) on the Publication of Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements of Credit Institutions Authorised under the Banking Act 1994 with the main amendments featuring in paragraphs 23, 23A, 38 and 39 of the said Rule.
