| Because of the need for prepayment of membership fees, the MIA Membership Application is being offered as a downloadable file in PDF format. In order to view a PDF file, Adobe Acrobat Reader is required, which is available as a free download from the Adobe Web site. |

Once you have downloaded and opened the file containing the application, please print the pages, fill them out and return to the MIA at Accountancy House, 14, Princess Elizabeth Street, Ta' Xbiex MSD11, Malta. The completed application form should be returned to the Institute accompanied by a police conduct certificate and all supporting educational and professional certificates. |
