Registration Time: 13.15

Session Time: 13.30 - 16.45 including a 15-minute coffee break

Speakers: Dr Ian Spiteri Bailey

The aim of this session will thus be to keep the participants au courant with the latest developments in this field of practice.
The session will deal with legislative and case-law developments in 2017 in so far as employment and HR matters are concerned.

To this effect, the session will deal, amongst others, with
  • the legislative developments, be it any amendments to the main piece of legislation or the promulgation of new legal notices,
  • any news bulletins issued by the DIER, the Department for Employment & Industrial Relations, and
  • case-law, i.e., what the Courts and Tribunals would have innovatively decided and established through 2017 in so far as employment and HR is concerned.
This seminar is relevant for any managerial positions, employers, HR personnel and lawyers.
